Basically did a repeat of yesterday's ride. Sometimes it's just nice to get out for a nice ride with my wife, and the weather's been pretty great in the evenings lately. Plus, it just feels good to be riding outside versus sitting inside riding the trainer. The only downside of tonight's ride was that I got a flat on a road ride for the first time in I don't know how long. Thankfully I had everything I needed to change the tube on the road, so more of an inconvenience than anything.
